I am a multidisciplinary artist born in Varto and based in Berlin. I explore narratives that run counter to dominant national stories, bringing overlooked perspectives and hidden histories to the forefront. Streets, movement, and the rhythms of everyday life shape my practice, where encounters with people, places, and memory unfold into poetic and political stories. I trace absences and what has seemingly disappeared, making visible the subtle traces, invisible lives, and layered realities that linger in-between. I'm working across performance, installation, video, and other practices. 

I earned a BA in Art Education and an MA in Art Education from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. I completed my Ph.D. in Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Hacettepe University, Ankara. I also took courses in Art Education and Fine Arts at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Macerata, Italy, and spent one year at Complutense University, Madrid, participating in seminars and conducting research related to my doctoral thesis.
